TOUR OF WINE CELLARS & TASTING

The guided tour of the cellars winds through the different processing areas and
conservation of the products, from the cellar with the oak barrels, to the underground cellar,
up to the aging area and the current vinification cellar.
Along the way many machines no longer in use testify to the old systems of
bottling, filtering, labeling and capping. Every exhibited object has a story
to tell which will take voice thanks to the intervention of the guide. At the end of the visit
guests are introduced to wine tasting in the room adjacent to the wine shop.
The wine tasting will be accompanied by typical Tuscan products.
